Job Responsibilities:
1.Receive materials according to experimental requirements and complete PCB soldering and repairs;
2.Assist engineers with experiments;
3.Maintain cleanliness and organization in the laboratory;
4.Manage laboratory instruments and tools, keep borrowing records, and report for repair or procurement in case of damage;
5.Perform basic circuit design;
6.Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
 
Job Requirements:
1.College degree or above in electronics or related field;
2.Proficiency in CAD software is a plus;

Job Responsibilities:
1.Design and verify product structures under the guidance of the product development lead, including sheet metal, wiring, injection-molded parts, insulation paper, etc.;
2.Design and test product packaging materials;
3.Modify product structure, silk screen stencils, etc., based on customized customer requirements;
4.Create and maintain product BOMs;
5.Handle product ECNs and document control.
 
Job Requirements:
1.College degree or above in mechanical-related majors;

Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for on-site installation guidance, commissioning, maintenance, and training of power quality products such as Active Power Filters (APF) and Static Var Generators (SVG).
2.Provide technical support for OEM clients, including assistance during testing and on-site acceptance.

Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for requirement analysis and design of APF/SVG projects, and for developing technical solutions.
2.Prepare system design technical documentation and define hardware technical specifications.
3.Responsible for hardware development and debugging, including main circuit design, control circuit, driver circuit, and auxiliary circuit schematic and PCB layout design, component selection, and prototype debugging.
4.Conduct complete system testing and board-level testing, troubleshoot related issues, and evaluate system reliability and stability.
5.Establish and improve product hardware design and testing standards.
 
Job Requirements:
1.Master’s degree or above in Power Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Automation, or related fields.
2.Proficient in at least one circuit design software, with strong experience in analog and digital circuit design and debugging.
3.Familiar with the characteristics and applications of commonly used power devices; understanding of safety regulations and basic EMC design requirements.
4.Solid understanding of common power supply topologies and control principles, as well as rectifier and inverter topologies and control.
5.More than 2 years of experience in industries such as UPS, photovoltaic inverters, variable frequency drives, switching power supplies, or power quality systems, with a solid theoretical foundation.
6.Experience in energy storage product development is a plus.
7.Strong hands-on skills, clear logical thinking, good teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility.
