Project Introduction
Jintong Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by Jintong Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and Anhui Quanli Group Co., Ltd. It was the largest investment attraction project in Meishan in the year 2000. The company specializes in the production of alkylbenzene sulfonic acid.
Analysis and Solution
Jintong Petrochemical Co., Ltd.’s main loads consist of motors and variable frequency drives (VFDs). This project utilizes our IKM Active Harmonic Filter with a capacity of 775A.
Performance
THDi After Mitigation 2.5%
After the equipment was put into operation, the harmonic current distortion rate decreased from 38.8% to 2.5%, demonstrating excellent harmonic mitigation. It effectively reduced harmonics in the power distribution system, improved power quality, lowered line losses, and ensured the stable operation of both distribution and production equipment.
