Project Introduction
Zhejiang Tony Electronics Co., Ltd. was founded in 2008 and was listed on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2017. The company focuses on the application research and development, production, and sales of ultra-fine alloy wire, metal matrix composites, and other new materials. The products produced by the company are mainly applied in five major fields: consumer electronics, medical, solar photovoltaics, new energy vehicles, and semiconductor new materials.
Analysis and Solution
The client, specializing in monocrystalline silicon production, reported issues with heating equipment, including noise, flickering lights, and repeated driver board failures. Poor power quality caused production stoppages, leading to daily losses of hundreds of thousands of yuan. Our power quality test revealed a voltage distortion rate of 16.55% and a current harmonic distortion rate of 61.13%. After installing 18 sets of Ultra Active Harmonic Filter(5400A total), the issues were resolved, and the treatment effect was excellent.
Performance

After the equipment was put into operation, the harmonic current distortion rate decreased from 24.4% to 3.7%. The harmonic mitigation effect is excellent, effectively reducing harmonic currents in the distribution system, improving power quality, lowering line losses, and ensuring the stable operation of both the distribution and production equipment. The significant mitigation effect has also been recognized and affirmed by the owner.
